  • Approx. 7 to 12 years of experience designing, building, and implementing software solutions.
  • 4+ years in a technical leadership position designing, developing, and integrating Salesforce.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required – Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Experience working on Salesforce platforms Working knowledge and experience with business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM
  • Knowledge of various Salesforce technologies and clouds like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Apex, Flow, OmniStudio, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Components.
  • Experience in designing and developing best-of-breed applications using Salesforce platform.
  • Be able to perform common configuration and customization of Salesforce like custom object, fields, and workflow rules.
  • Strong technical knowledge on product modeling, pricing, quotation, contract lifecycle, and data migration including understanding of CPQ approvals and discounts.
  • Experience with cloud and integration.
  • A good grasp of technical and quality standards, best practices, and guidelines.
  • Experience with debugging issues identified in other people’s code or components.
  • Experience with managing metadata and code in source control management system
  • Knowledge and experience with Salesforce architecture and APIs, Salesforce security configuration, sharing rules and user management.
  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process and tools.

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Understand business, functional, and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage, train, and mentor Admins and Developers on Salesforce Best Practices
  • Build out processes and procedures to improve team’s ability to deliver quality solutions on the Salesforce Platform
  • Optimize internal processes based on team requests, opportunity gaps, and business requirements.
  • Communicate project initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provides application support by analyzing defects, replicating/fixing defects, and providing root cause analysis for defects. Troubleshoots and resolves functional and performance-related issues.
  • Support post deployment activities including knowledge transfer, process documentation, and application bug fixes.
